Inga found Mad Cow whilst teaching for the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) in Sydney. When Inga moved to the Central Coast, ATYP suggested she contact us. We’re so glad they did! A graduate of Acting for Film and Theatre at St Petersburg Academy of Theatrical Arts in Russia, Inga continued her studies at the UNSW to attain her Master of Arts in Theatre and Film Studies.

As an award winning actress, Inga is one of the most experienced performers in Australia. Her critically acclaimed resume spans stage, TV, and screen beside names such as Ruth Cracknell, Toni Collette, Joel Edgerton and George Miller in films such as Natalie Wood: Hollywood’s Last Child, Lillians Story and Happy Feet. Inga’s stage credits include The Merchant of Venice for Bell Shakespeare and Gunters Wife which was written for her by the acclaimed actor/director, Bogdan Koca.

“Romantsova is an actor we don’t see often enough on stage. I’m always astonished by her abilities. She always hits the spot.”

Colin Rose – Sydney Morning Herald.

Inga’s teaching credentials are no less impressive having worked with ATYP, Sydney Art Theatre, The Australian Institute of Music (AIM), Brent St Studios Sydney and Masada and Scots Colleges. Inga’s style is thoughtful as she focus’s on encouraging the students to create their own style within the craft. This leads to self confidence based on self discovery. Whilst keeping her Junior classes playful, Inga has the ability to develop Senior students with world leading techniques in drama tuition including Stanislavski, Meyerhold and Chekov’s techniques.

Inga loves her craft and in particular sharing it with those who can grow and improve their lives by involving themselves in the life skills that drama forges.

“Romantsova is deft, vibrant and a sheer delight to watch.”
